Zeekr announced on 22 September 2026 the start of commercial-volume shipments of its flagship 9X to the UAE market, with customer deliveries beginning in October.

The UAE starting price has been set at AED 369,900, placing the car in a segment where it competes with established European premium models.

The path the model took to market is worth noting: a first regional showing at Yas Marina Circuit, then a display at the Dubai flagship showroom, then the shipping announcement, then delivery — four stops over several months.

Track display, then showroom, then a shipping announcement, then delivery — four stops that have become the standard pattern for Chinese marques in the Gulf.

That sequence has become the standard pattern for Chinese marques in the Gulf, and serves two purposes: gauging demand before committing to large shipping volumes, and building a waiting list that gives the marque an early signal on pricing.

The path was not free of delay: shipments reached the market later than the initial schedule the marque announced, common enough with new models but worth recording.

Globally, the 9X entered the German market in a price band overlapping the Porsche Cayenne — a comparison Zeekr makes explicitly, and one that puts the model in direct contest with the most established marques in the segment.
