Porsche has put striking performance figures behind its electric Cayenne range, with the Cayenne Turbo Electric listed in Dubai from AED 612,900 including VAT.

The flagship electric SUV produces up to 850 kilowatts, equivalent to 1,156hp, with Launch Control. Porsche quotes peak torque of up to 1,500Nm and 0–100km/h in 2.5 seconds.

That level of performance moves the Cayenne into a bracket once almost exclusive to low-slung supercars, while retaining the five-door SUV format that has made the model important to Porsche in Gulf markets.

A combined ECE electric range of up to 669km, and fast charging from 10% to 80% in 16 minutes in suitable conditions.

Porsche’s UAE configurator lists a combined ECE electric range of up to 669 kilometres for the Turbo Electric and a top speed of 260km/h. The company also quotes a DC fast-charge time of 16 minutes from 10% to 80% in suitable conditions.

The wider electric Cayenne range starts lower. In Dubai the standard electric Cayenne is listed from AED 413,700 and produces up to 442hp with Launch Control, while the Cayenne S Electric starts at AED 479,500 and generates up to 666hp.

These figures show how Porsche is using electrification to widen the performance spread within its large SUV, rather than presenting the electric version as an efficiency-focused alternative alone.

For the UAE buyer, the charging figure needs context. Peak charging performance depends on charger capability, battery temperature and state of charge. Real-world range will also vary with speed, ambient temperature, tyre size and air-conditioning use.

The Cayenne remains important in the Gulf specifically because luxury SUVs combine strong regional demand with long-distance comfort and the performance a premium buyer expects.

Porsche’s challenge is proving the electric model can deliver the same ease in high heat and on long motorway runs, while adding the instant performance a twin-motor drivetrain provides.

Prices and specifications were verified against the official Porsche Dubai configurator on 1 October 2026 and are subject to change.
